Team Reports for Line Managers
- Line Managers can now report an overall compliance percentage for their team from the compliance home page. This report can be filtered by audience, organisation and certification.
- The Compliance by Position and Compliance by Certification reports are also now available to Line Managers. This allows Line Managers to view compliance details of users within position groups, or assigned to individual certifications.
- All Compliance Reports accessed by Line Managers only include users that report directly or indirectly into them.
Advanced Filter Options
- Compliance can now be filtered by audience, organisation and certification from the compliance home page. This allows Site Administrators and Managers to report overall compliance for any user group of their choice.
- Administrators can now choose which audiences to display in the audience filter from the Compliance Administration settings. The audiences selected will be visible to anyone using the audience filter. We recommend creating audiences for user groups you need to know compliance for, especially where these are not strictly organisation or position groups, e.g. non-bank workers. All other audiences can then be hidden from the filter.
- Filters have also been standardised across all reporting tabs, so that only relevant filters are displayed to Site Administrators and Line Managers.
Compliance by Position
- Administrators and Line Managers can now report compliance against positions (as defined in the position framework). This also allows you to drill through to view compliance details of users in each position.
- Filters have also been added to the compliance by position report.
Mandatory Training
- Site Administrators can now choose which certifications should be factored into all compliance reports from the Compliance Administration settings. This allows administrators to exclude certifications that are not statutory or mandatory training.
- Any certifications not selected will be excluded from Compliance calculations and not displayed in Compliance Reports.
Fixes and improvements
- New Compliance by Certification view with drill through function.
- Filters now apply to the compliance by certification report when this report is downloaded.
- Resolved an issue where blank rows were included in Compliance by Certification.
- Improved configuration options for site administrators.
- Several bug fixes related to filtering across all report pages.
