The Compliance Reporting module for LearnSpace Single Tenancy provides a real-time picture of organisational training compliance, empowering you to make informed and timely decisions on workforce development.
How is Compliance calculated?
Compliance Reporting measures the status of all certifications assigned to active users.
Certifications in a Certified status count positively. This includes Certifications open for renewal.
Certifications in a Not Certified or Expired status will count negatively.
Suspended users, or active users with no assigned certifications are excluded. Directly assigned courses and programs are also excluded.
How is Compliance measured?
Compliance is measured as an overall percentage for all active users. Compliance is also available as a percentage of:
- Organisation - Each organisation in your organisation framework.
- Position - Each position in your position framework.
- Certification - Each certification assigned to active users.
- User - Each active user.
Who can access Compliance Reporting?
Access to Compliance Reporting is based on System Roles and Permissions.
- Site administrators can access all dashboards and the Compliance Administration settings.
- Managers can access Compliance Home, Compliance by Certification, Compliance by Position and User Compliance. Managers' reports include all users that report directly or indirectly to them, in any of their job assignments.
- Users can access their personal compliance report only.
How can Compliance Reporting be customised?
Site Administrators can customise Compliance Reporting using the Compliance Administration settings:
- Compliance Targets - set percentage targets for Red, Amber and Green indicators.
- Mandatory Training - set which Certifications are included in Compliance Reports. This does not affect Certification enrolments or any other reports on your LearnSpace site.
- Audiences - set which audiences display in the audience report filters.
